There's a lipoma on my arm and I'm 37 years old. What should I do with my arm lipoma? Do I get it removed?

These lipomas are easy to remove. Recovery is fast. If not removed, you can expect it to continually increase in size.
Yes, it can become cancer.
Lipomas tend to grow larger over time so, yes, you should probably consider having it removed.

If the lipoma is bothersome or unsightly, it could be removed with local anesthesia very easily.
Lipomas are typically benign (non-cancerous) masses. Reasons to remove them include change in the size and discomfort from the location. If it does not bother you and it does not change, there is probably no reason to get it removed.
