Most flu condition are self limiting, on occasions it may require medication. Most OTC remedies may suffice. You should confer with your physician who could make specific recommendations for you depending on its severity.
It is very important to call your physician. The flu in pregnancy needs to be addressed by your physician as soon as the symptoms occur.

If you are asking about flu (Influenza) then you need to see your primary care doctor and let you ob know that you are sick.
If you are asking about common cold, you can take over the counter Tylenol , steam inhalation, salt water throat gargling and plenty of water.
Take care!

The food can be very serious when you're pregnant and you need to contact your physician. You would likely also need tamiflu.
