“What causes nightly nausea?”
I am a 30-year-old female and every night I feel nauseous for about an hour before bed. What could be the cause?

I would need to get some history to try to figure this out. Firstly, nausea can be caused by any organ system, not necessarily from a GI source. For example, headache, seizure disorder, medications, heart problems, diabetes, and many other conditions can cause nausea. So to narrow down the possibilities, it is best to go through a complete history with a good doctor.
