I am a 22 year old female. I want to know what causes someone to be born with a blood disorder?

Two potential reasons: a genetic mutation giving a different nucleotide sequence in a gene that affects a component of the blood cells or their functioning, or exposure to radiation/toxins during embryological development could also do it.
