“What could be causing the numbness in my toe?”
I am a 33 year old female. I have a numb feeling in my toe very often. What could it be?

Possibly nerve compression near the toe. Or sometimes a compressed nerve farther away that goes to that toe (like back or spine). Possibly vascular issues could cause numbness. If persistent or associated with other symptoms, have it evaluated.
That is a nerve problem more than likely
