“What could be the pain in my armpits?”
Since yesterday, I have been experiencing a little pain in my armpits. There aren't any lumps there. What could this pain be from?

Both armpits at once leads me to believe that you were doing something that put pressure there. If the pain persists for more than 72 hrs, see a doctor.
