Many causes might be involved in anxiety and panic attacks. See psychiatrist to sort it out and possible treatment.
Panic attacks can happen with any mental health disorder or can happen without a cause just spontaneously
Panic attacks are often unexplained. You say these happen to you too often. Should they happen at all? Self diagnosis can be misleading. Discuss your panic with a professional.
Usually, panic attacks have a biologic basis. See your primary doc for an evaluation and possible referral.
