What diseases can mimic MS?

I am a 16 year old male with an undiagnosed disease. I want to know what diseases can mimic MS?

Diseases miming multiple sclerosis are fibromyalgia, Vitamin B12 deficiency, muscular dystrophy (MD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease), migraine, devic’s disease (Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO). Lupus is an immune disease that mimics MS. Thank you.

It could be something similar that attacks the myelin sheaths of the nerves. The important thing is to get regular care from a board certified neurologist. I recommend a pediatric one for now; he or she will probably want to keep you as a patient past age 18, which is fine if you’re comfortable with it.
