Hello,

Most hand scars cannot be revised surgically, therefore, other non-surgical methods with different lasers, RF's and IPL's are used. These can be Picoplus, Morpheus, and Lummeca, just to name a few. Custom-tailored rejuvenation creams can also help.
Good Luck!!!!
There are procedures for scar revision if the scar is painful or unsightly.
Laser treatments usually work best if it hasn’t been too long.

The best thing is to initially perform deep scar massage. You can use vaseline, vitamin E oil, or cocoa butter. There are also commercially available scar creams. If that does not work, then sometimes cortisone injections can soften up scars. For more severe scars, laser treatment or even surgery for deep severe scar tissue may be indicated.
