Fluids fluids fluids. You have to keep up and make sure he stays well hydrated. If he’s also vomiting, get diarrhea medications to help stop the vomiting and give the fluids in small amounts at a time.
Push fluids especially electrolyte solutions. Fluids should be given in small amounts frequently to prevent nausea & vomiting. Pedilalyte, Gatorade clear soup, & so on
