I am a 40 year old male and I have a low gastrin level. What does a low gastrin level mean?

It doesn't mean anything. I have to wonder why it was checked in the first place. Usually it is checked because a patient was found to have multiple ulcers or nonhealing ulcers. Make sure whoever ordered it knows what they are doing.
