“What does an x-ray of the head show?”
I am a 32 year old male. I want to know what does an x-ray of the head show?

X-rays show basically only bones. Some pathology can be seen in the bones, like fractures, and some metabolic bone diseases (fibrous dysplasia as an example). They have nothing to say about the soft tissues - such as brain.
Nothing, but the sinuses.
Nothing of use. A waste of time, unless you are looking for a foreign body prior to MRI.
