I am a 42 year old male. I want to know what does it mean if you test positive for leukocytes in your urine?

Probably non significant, especially if asymptomatic.
You need other parameters and clinical picture to evaluate, but it could be UTI or Cystitis or Acute Allergic Interstitial Nephritis, etc.
It could be indicative of a urinary tract infection, although it doesn't necessarily have to mean that. It could be from other causes such as contamination of the urine sample, inflammation of the kidneys, kidney stones, among other things.
