I am a 23 year old female. I want to know what does your stomach look like in early pregnancy?

Since your abdomen is usually flat in early pregnancy. Pregnancy bump starts showing close to the end of the second trimester.
Depends how far you are in your pregnancy. The top of the uterus (fubdus) will be:
- behind the pubic at 12 weeks
- at the belly button at 20 weeks
Then grow 1cm per week.
