What exercises are bad for hips?

I am a 31 year old female. I want to know what exercises are bad for hips?

Those that hurt and those are forceful (i.e., causes impact to the joint).
Impact exercises.
Running.
I’d be careful with bad posture during squats, deadlifts and leg press. That would be bad for the hips.
I wouldn't say that any exercise is always bad for the hips. If you have pain in your hips during an exercise, I would recommend seeking out a physical therapist or Chiropractor to assess your form and treat any dysfunction in your body which may be causing the hip pain.
