What exercises can I do to fix tennis elbow?

I am a 27 year old male and I have tennis elbow. What exercises can I do to fix tennis elbow?

Change the grip on your racket to a wider one.

You need to increase the grip of your racket, decrease the tension of the string, and wear the elbow strap while playing. You can strengthen your wrist extension muscles.
Gentle yet complete range of motion and stretching, plus some controlled eccentric strengthening (involves contracting the muscles while they are being lengthened). I am huge advocate of these:

‘Lateral epicondylitis’ is the medical term for tennis elbow.
I hope this helps.

Cannot do exercise till it is resolved. Tennis elbow is generally secondary to Gout, or Hypothyroidism, or uncontrolled Diabetes. Usually when you fix the above issues, TE improves within two to three weeks spontaneously. Cold Laser two to three cession also helps in 95% of cases. On occasion, you may need a steroid shot.
