What exercises help you dilate?

I am a 27 year old female. I want to know what exercises help you dilate?

Honestly anything that puts pressure on the cervix. This couple range from simply walking, bouncing on a ball, Zumba, dancing. Pilates and yoga help with stretching and mindfulness meditation and awareness of your body.
Walking and squats
Walking and sex.
Dilation of the cervix in pregnancy is basically a function of uterine contractions. If this is your first baby and you are at term, viz. 37-41 weeks, don't expect to dilate until you start contracting regularly. Aerobic exercises such as walking, riding a bike, motion or stationary, or swimming may help. If none of this helps, it is because it just is not your time yet.
