What foods cause gallbladder attacks?

I am a 21 year old female. I want to know what foods cause gallbladder attacks?

Food that aggravates the gallbladder are refine sugar (fructose), added sugar food (baked goods, desserts, and sweets). In addition, fast foods, food high in fat (saturated fat), food containing trans-fat, and eating low fiber diet. Now, food that calm the gallbladder are fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grain, wheat bread, brown rice, oats, lean meat, poultry, and fish. Thank you.
It's best to avoid high-fat and greasy foods, as they can trigger gallbladder attacks. Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Also, limit your intake of processed foods and sugary beverages. Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy weight to support your gallbladder and overall well-being. Take care!

It's not necessarily a specific food, but in general, a bigger meal and higher fat content food will tend to cause more GB pain. This is because higher fat content meal will make the GB contract more, increasing the chance of getting colic (pain).
Typical fatty greasy foods.
Usually fatty foods that need lots of bile to digest it. I am sure there are others as well.
