I am a 32 year old male. I was diagnosed with celiac disease. What happens when you have celiac disease?

Celiac is an immunological reaction to gluten. Inflammation and villoius blunting develops in the proximal small intestine and can result in malabsorption, anemia, rash, diarrhea, lab test abnormalities. Strangely, however, many cases of celiac cause no symptoms.
Most common symptoms are bloating, iron deficiency anemia and osteoporosis/osteopenia due to fat malabsorption, but can lead to increased risk of GI malignancies particularly if not following a strict gluten free diet
