“What is making my speech patterns change?”
Lately I have been stumbling over my words and sort of stuttering. What is making my speech patterns change?

Without knowing your medical history, I can't give you a thorough answer here. If you're concerned, speak with your doctor for a referral to a speech-language pathologist. You may need to consult neurology, but, again, without knowing your history, it's difficult to answer.
Talking too fast can result in a stumbling over words. I would recommend seeing a speech pathologist for at least a consultation if not an evaluation.
Could be a number of things including but not limited to anxiety, oral
cavity changes and/or neurological changes. The best course of action would
be to consult a local speech pathologist for a screening

It’s difficult to answer without an evaluation. It could be that you are extremely busy or stressed. A speech therapist can help.
It is hard to pin point what may be happening without a background. How old are you, any new/ big stressors, is this only happening in certain situations or times of the day, any other symptoms (dizziness, light headed, etc.). I would consult your doctor if you are having many symptoms and if it getting more severe.

There are numerous reasons you could stumble over your words. This could be a side effect of a new medication, hormonal changes, a vitamin deficiency, a spider bite, dehydration, a mild stroke, etc. etc. etc. If you are concerned about any underlying medical reason for this, please consult your physician. You can also consult a speech language pathologist in person with your medical history ready to discuss for a full assessment.
