Great question. Your hygienist is the best at this but when they are not available I prefer a Sonicare toothbrush and flossing. Good luck
In my opinion an electric toothbrush. A powered toothbrush does an 80 % more efficient job of cleaning your teeth than manual brushing. Oral-B, Sonicare, Brio are some good examples. Do you brush at least 2 minutes every time you brush your teeth? Do you brush multiple times a day? Don't forget to floss.
Floss and brush gently at least twice a day for at least two minutes each time.
Electric tooth brush
A toothbrush and floss every night.
Tooth brush in coordination with dental floss.
The best place to have dental plaque removed is to visit your dentist, have them do the diagnosis, and treat accordingly. Once treated professionally, then you can maintain with good oral hygiene care at home with regular brushing and flossing.

Professional cleaning by a hygienist. At home, an electric toothbrush (such as the Oral B Genius) with toothpaste that contains fluoride. Of course, flossing is crucial for in between teeth.
Get your teeth cleaned!!!!
Dental visit every 4-6 months. You will be able to find answers tailored to your conditions.
Dental plaque can be removed by brushing and flossing daily. Traditional floss is always more effective than any water floss. Home care (with proper technique) is the best plaque build up prevention. However, professional ultrasonic scaler is the best tool for plaque removal. Please visit your local dentist for proper brushing and flossing techniques.
