What is the best therapy for PTSD?

I am a 33 year old male. I want to know what is the best therapy for PTSD?

However, there are many innovative and complementary approaches (e.g., bodywork) that can be effective, as long as the therapist monitors and tracks the client's progress.
Yes, there are many therapies for PTSD. Many are based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It will force you to deal with the underlying trauma. Prolonged exposure or Cognitive Processing therapies are the gold standards. Medications may be part of the process as well.
