I am a 25 year old female and I have back acne. What is the cause of back acne?

The primary cause of acne in general is genetics, i.e. a family trait history for acne, and where that acne appears, i.e. face, shoulders, chest or back is predetermined by genetics and at what age each area flares up is also genetically predetermined in most cases.
