I am a 46 year old male. I want to know what is the drug of choice for myocardial infarction?

It depends what you are trying to do, to treat it acutely when it happens or to prevent it. To treat it when it is happening, call 911, go the hospital ER and they will take you to the cardiac catheterization laboratory, open the artery and place a stent to restore blood flow to the heart. To prevent it, take a statin and a low dose aspirin (81 mg daily), eat well exercise and if you smoke, quit ASAP.
