To heal elbow bursitis quickly, I recommend the following steps: Rest the affected elbow to avoid aggravating the condition, apply ice packs several times a day to reduce inflammation, and use over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications for pain relief. It's crucial to avoid activities that put strain on the elbow and consider using a compression bandage. Also, try soaking elbow in warm water and Epsom salt for 20 minutes daily. If the symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical evaluation for possible drainage of the bursa fluid or other treatments. Always consult with your doctor for personalized advice and care.

On your own? There isn’t any. If you get evaluated the doctor can drain the extra fluids with the needle, unfortunately it has a tendency to return
I am assuming this is electron bursitis. That is unusual in a 20 year old without an elbow injury. I would typically use ice and over-the-counter anti-inflammatories as long as you can tolerate these types of medicines. Overtime probably six weeks if it does not go down then I would see in orthopedic surgeon
Anti-inflammatories can help. Sometimes an injection can help as well. However, without a formal evaluation by a physician, it is hard to give you definitive advice. Please schedule an evaluation with a physician if the problem persists.
The best way is to keep direct pressure off of your elbow. Unless there is an infection this type of bursitis will heal, but often remains quite swollen for sometime.
By prolotherapy and prozone therapy.
