I am a 23 year old female. I found out yesterday that I am pregnant. What is the first thing to do when you find out you are pregnant?

I think this is exciting. Well, first, jump and scream then look at yourself in the mirror and know how blessed you are!! :).
That said, go to your pharmacy and get OTC prenatal vitamins and Folic acid and begin taking those right away. Then, make an appointment and visit with your ob/gyn immediately. Depending on your history, he/she will make important recommendations to keep your pregnancy going.

Think about your feelings and how you want to proceed. Make a doctor’s appointment or see a clinic. Talk with your partner if you want him to be involved. It is a very emotional time. Get support from someone you trust.
