“What is this on my glans?”
About a week ago I noticed that the texture of my glans looked a little rough. That same day I broke out in a rash on my waist, elbows, and scalp.
Since then everything has cleared up except my glans is now extremely textured and today has started to sting a little bit. There’s no clear sound spots or red-colored spots (pic attached).

Your picture did not attach but psoriasis is a likely bet. Have a dermatologist evaluate it
