“What makes my wrist hurt at the end of the day?”
I am a student that uses a computer frequently. I work out moderately and am in good physical condition. I have not broken any bones or had any sprain in the past. What makes my wrist hurt at the end of the day?

It is probably due to the position of your wrist when performing your work or exercise. You may want to invest in a wrist pad for your computer or a rigid wrist brace to wear during activity. If the pain is associated with numbness or weakness in the fingers, seek out medical care from an orthopedic hand surgeon as soon as possible
There are many potentials that can make your hand hurt at the end of the day. If you have pain that wakes you up at night numbness tingling and notice you have to shake your hand at times to get feeling back into it You may have carpal tunnel syndrome. Try anti-inflammatories, rest and wrist bracing.
