What not to eat after teeth scaling?

I am a 32 year old male and I will have teeth scaling. What not to eat after teeth scaling?

No spicy foods, stay away from acidic drinks, soft diet, and take Ibuprofen.
After a teeth scaling, you will want to avoid anything with small seeds, such as raspberries, blackberries, poppy seeds, etc. It will take a few days up to a few weeks for your gums to tighten up, so in the meantime avoid anything that could get lodged in that sensitive tissue. I would also avoid eating popcorn for awhile, and if spicy foods are causing sensitivity, then avoid those until your gums are healed.
Hi

You can eat everything. There are no restrictions after scaling.

Hope this helps

There really aren't any restrictions as far as diet. You just want to make sure that all the anesthesia has worn off before you eat as to avoid damaging soft tissue.
