I am a 31 year old male with extremely watery eyes. What procedure stops your eyes from watering too much?

This depends on the cause of your watery eyes. You would need an eye exam to determine that cause.

It would depend on why they water. If it is from dry eyes, then punctual plugs may help. If they are overflow tearing, then a punctoplasty or a nasolacrimal duct stent would be appropriate.

There are many reasons eyes water too much and depending on the cause, drastically different procedures and/or treatments are needed. It is best to see your eye doctor to determine what is best for you.
Watering eyes, otherwise known as tearing, can be caused by untreated dry eyes or by blockage of the nasolacrimal (tear drainage) system. To determine the true cause, one must be see in clinic.
