My son is 2 years old and has extremely dry skin. Is there a cream that we can use that can help?

You can apply vasoline after the bath and this holds moisture in, Make sure bath is not too hot and pat dry. Aveeno helps if there is itching
It has been my experience that what you apply is not as important as how often you apply. Sometimes this means every hour for a period of few days. There are many other tricks you can find online
