You should see your dentist as soon as possible to avoid the teeth moving, caries, or gum tissue overgrowing. Your bridge may be recemented if the teeth have not been damaged but the longer you wait, the more likely you will need more costly and time consuming fixes.
Hi there if your dentist office is closed head to a pharmacy and purchase a temporary cement or denture glue so you can replace it until your office opens. A trick if the pharmacy is closed use Vaseline.
Sometimes a bridge can be put back in, but we need to determine the way it fell out. If it’s from an underlying problem like decay, it’s possible a new bridge or a different treatment may be necessary.

If the teeth underneath the bridge are in a good shape, your dentist can recement the bridge back in.
If your bridge has fallen out, it is important to see your dentist as soon as possible so he can make sure it still fits and that there is no active cavities. If the bridges stays off for too long (even as little as a week), the support teeth could shift causing the bridge to not fit. If everything fits as it should, it will simply be re-cemented and you'll be on your way.

If the problem was that the cement broke, it can be re cemented. But if there is decay under the tooth or teeth that hold the bridge then then root canal and sometimes a new bridge may be needed. Most importantly, the cause of the bridge removal must be investigated and addressed.
