I am a 21 year old male. I want to know what tooth do you massage for a toothache?

None, it will not help. Should go to the dentist for an evaluation.
That is an interesting question. Massage is typically for joints and soft tissue, but your teeth are neither. If you have a toothache, then massage will be a distractor, but not actually do anything else. Go to the dentist.
