In the United States, if a child has been vaccinated in accordance with the recommended schedule, the last vaccines received were at age 4 yrs. Those include DTaP, IPV, MMR, Varicella. Then there are no shots due at age 5, other than an annual influenza vaccine. As these shots are required to enter public school, they are often referred to as the "kindergarten shots" and not administered until just prior to school entry. However, the recommended age is 4 yrs, not 5.

Your 5 year might not need any vaccines. Their final booster of the Dtap, IPV, MMR, and Varicella are usually given between 4-6 years of age. In my practice I give them at 4.
Between 4 and 6 years old, they get school shots which includes dtap, Polio, MMR, and chickenpox. She would also need a flu shot if this has not been given.
