I am a 19 year old male and I have chest pain. When should I get my heart checked?

Recommend bringing this up to your primary care doc. Unlikely your heart, but you should make sure
Hopefully you have a competent family doctor/general internist who can evaluate you and decide whether you need to see a cardiologist. If you do not have a primary care practitioner, then you need to find one. Ask a friend who has good judgement for a recommendation. Ask one or both of your parents if they are available or a reliable family member if you trust their judgement. Absent those alternatives, call the department of medicine at your local hospital and ask them for a recommendation. If there is a local university or teaching hospital, even better.
