“What should I wear to a chiropractic appointment?”
I'm going to have chiropractic treatment next week. What should I wear to a chiropractic appointment?

Every chiropractic practice is different. Some will give you a gown to wear. I would suggest loose fitting comfortable clothes. It shouldn’t make that much difference but you want to feel as comfortable as possible. Lightweight sport clothes are an excellent choice.
Depending on the chiropractor you choose to visit. Some offices will ask you to go in for additional therapies. Young ladies should wear attire that will allow for possible stretching or positions for adjusting. Usual attire is pretty casual. I would recommend contacting the office you choose if you have any additional question. They would be more than happy to answer your questions.
Hi, you can wear just about anything for your appointment. Just don’t wear anything too tight or that can be accidentally too revealing.
I work in a business area near the beach so i see problems with tight fitted shirts, both on men and women, and skirts or dresses that are on the shorter side. If you wear tight shirts just bring a t shirt with you to change into and if you wear dresses or skirts just bring a pair of workout shorts with you and put them on under your dress/skirt in the bathroom when you get to the office.
But don’t worry. In 20 years I have never not been able to treat someone properly because of what they are wearing. :)

Loose clothing and preferably slacks. Very little metal objects because X-rays may be needed and metal obscures the view.
