My son has had the flu for 3 days. When to take a child with the flu to the hospital?

When you say flu, I am thinking of influenza. You have to go only if the child has difficulty breathing, bad cough, etc. But if by flu you mean stomach issues, then you have to go only if the child has signs of dehydration.
