I am a 23 year old female. I want to know which fruit juice is good for the eyes?

I am not aware of any particular fruit juice that is particularly beneficial for the eyes. SO
Juice that contains vitamins C and A. Antioxidants are also helpful. Carrot juice is good for night vision.
