I am a 35 year old female. I want to know which is better for dry eyes refresh or systane?

They work the same. Some people prefer one to the other. Try them for a week each and then decide
Both are equally good. It's your experience that determines which you choose.
Both of those are excellent lubricating drops. Both brands also have several different drops. Some people prefer one drop over the other so the best drop is the one that feels best in your eyes. Try both and decide which feels better. Both brands make preservative free drops and in general those are easier on the eyes as the preservative can be irritating to the eyes after repeated use.
Both brands are used to treat dry eye. It depends on your preference.
Both Systane and Refresh are good quality artificial tear drops. Whichever teardrop is most available and comfortable is fine.

Both are poor, only irrigate the eye, but do not treat the cause, inflammation of the back of the eyelids.
