I am a 38 year old female. I want to know which local anesthetic is the most cardiotoxic?

One that is given in a larger dose than indicated, inadvertently injected directly in the blood stream.
Bupivacaine is well known for its cardiotoxicity if inadvertently injected intravascularly.
All anesthestics could be cardiotoxic in great doses. There are certain conduction anomalies that you should avoid one called bupivacaine
