“Why are my gums aching?”
I am a 27 year old female and my gums hurt for no reason. What could be the cause?

When was your most recent dental evaluation and cleaning? Is it most of your mouth or around a single tooth? If a single tooth, have you had popcorn lately? How do you typically clean your teeth? Do your gums bleed? Hormonal changes and some medical issues can also cause gum problems. I recommend seeing a dentist.

You are young, and need to get your mouth care program to meet your needs. You need to learn how to floss correctly daily and brush correctly daily.
