Dentist Questions Tongue health

Why are there red bumps on the bottom of my tongue?

I'm 22 years old, and I noticed that I have red bumps on the bottom of my tongue. I started seeing them about a few weeks ago, but now they have begun to multiply. Should I see a doctor?
