Why do I always have a stuffy nose?

I am a 25-year-old female and my nose is stuffed almost all the time. What could be the cause? Should I see a doctor?

Nasal anatomy is complicated. Get seen by an ENT who is familiar with facial plastics. Read about the inferior turbinates which are normal structures of the nose, but can swell cyclically based on body position blood pressure, allergens and inflammation in the nose. The external cartilaginous structure of the nose has a lot of do with nasal airflow, as well as the internal septum. All of these components may need to be addressed.
Allergy, chronic irritant exposure, polyps, septal deviation are a few. See ENT

Something is causing that congestion. Non-seasonal allergies, maybe. If always the case, obstructive anatomy possibly?
