“Why do I have heavy bleeding during my period?”
I have a very heavy flow during my period, especially in the first two days. Why do I have this heavy bleeding?

May have fibroids
One of the major causes is because of the thicker endometrium than usual.
Have a gynecologist check you to rule out any fibroid or any polys that can cause heavy menses.
