“Why do I have pain after tetanus injection?”
I got a tetanus shot and the area where I have gotten the shot has been hurting ever since. What is the reason for this pain?

Pain after an injection is not uncommon. Pain is related to muscle soreness following an injection (at the site where injection was given). It is also a sign that your immune system is working by making antibodies against the viruses. You can use local warm compress and take a pain killer for 1-2 days for pain relief.
