“Why do I have this pain and rash?”
For the last 3 weeks I have been having belly pain off and on and when I eat it makes it worse. Also I have green bowel movements and pain in both breasts now. I have a rash that won’t go away around my lower belly and inner thighs.

You need a thorough evaluation. I cannot tell you if all of those symptoms are related or if they are explained by only one diagnosis, let alone whether the diagnosis is GI in nature. Green bowel movements are not concerning. Pain after eating is most often due to functional dyspepsia, less likely ulcer disease or gastritis. The breast pain and rash are probably not GI related.
Your symptoms are not something you should ignore. Please visit a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
