Anxiety triggers the body`s fight-or-flight response, which can cause shaking due to increased adrenaline.
Not everyone shakes when they are anxious. This symptom needs to be explored more; what is causing the shake or tremors.
Anxiety leads to activation of your sympathetic nervous system which signals a fight or flight response, in turn leading to muscle activation.
I would recommend you see your primary care provider. There are may things that may cause anxiety, to name a few:
-Stress
-Medication side effects - EX: Albuterol
-Medical conditions: Dehydration, thyroid problem, low blood sugar, chest pain, lung problems, illicit drugs use, etc.

Need to address each case, it could be another medical condition or could be some other medicine. I don't see shakes related to depression medicine.
