“Why does my son have unexplained muscle pain?”
My 13 year old son has muscle pains yet doesn't play sports. They are mostly in his hands and arms. Why does my son have unexplained muscle pain?

Hard to know with just that history. I recommend to visit his pediatrician who may order some bloodwork.

There are many reasons, but most likely this is nothing to be concerned about. My suggestion is you mention this to your pediatrician.
