Why is my head tingling?

I am a 16 year old male. My head is tingling after being shoved in volleyball.

You really should see your doctor. It's a neurologic injury.
Due to the trauma, you might have had some damages to smaller blood vessels and injury of impact to the muscles and nerves in that area. As the body is healing, it brings more blood to the area to try to aid with the healing process of the tissues, sometimes this brings a tingling sensation.
It may be nerve damage in the scalp. Please see a neurologist.
With any symptoms in the head, especially during athletic activities, it is of utmost important to be evaluated in person
