“Why is my stool red?”
I'm a 20 year old male, and I noticed that my stool has blood in it. Is this serious? What can be causing this, and do you think I should see a doctor?

Blood in the stool should always be a concern. The most common cause of painless bright red blood in the stool is internal hemorrhoids, however it could be something more serious. I would get checked by a doctor.
